Fantastic contemporary hotel in a contemporary style building.

The rooms were well cleaned and well-designed, and the location was magnificent as it was right next to a tram station that grts you to the center.

Perfect English breakfast with good dishes.

Hot beverages are included in some rates.

Excellent service; amenities are good.

Rates are great.

For a few guests bathrooms seemed uncomfortable.

A few vacationers mentioned that Wi-Fi was very poor.

The location was perfect for me, as it was close to several tram stations, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a nice heated area in the lobby where I could relax. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially the tall, blonde guy working at the bar. The breakfast was good, with freshly baked bread and pastries in a well-designed, modern ambiance.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very nice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, giving us lots of directions on where to go and how to get there. The location was great, with easy tram access to most places and walking distance to museums. We loved being near the pretty canals, and the hotel's proximity to many nearby restaurants and pubs made it convenient for dining and nightlife options. The breakfast offered plenty of choices and was a great way to start the day.

The location is superb, right next to two tram stops that connect to almost anywhere in the city. We loved how easy it was to get around and explore this city using the tram.
